    What is A2 Milk?

Milk has two primary proteins, casein and whey. The two most common types of casein proteins are A1 and A2 beta-casein proteins.

Most milk produced in the United States contain both A1 and A2 beta-casein in varying amounts depending on the breed of cow. A2 milk comes from cows that produce only A2 beta-casein. Milk from sheep, goats and other animals are usually A2 as well.

However is you suffer from digestive issues or have a dairy sensitivity then A2 milk could be the answer.

How to find A2 cottage cheese
