Quick and Easy Christmas Chex Crack Bark
This easy and quick Christmas Chex Crack Bark is everything a Christmas treat should be: sweet, salty, delicious and ready in minutes.
- one package (1 lb, 4 oz) of Vanilla Almond Bark or white chocolate.
- 6 cups Rice Chex (or Bugles)
- 1 package (5 oz) dried cherries (or dried cranberries)
- 1/2 Tbsp sea salt (more or less per preference)
Place the vanilla almond bark into a heavy saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted.
Gently fold in the Chex.
Then fold in the cherries.
Spread the chex mixture out in a single layer onto parchment paper.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Allow the almond bark to harden, about 10 minutes.
Break apart into clusters and enjoy!
