Cheeseburger Quesadilla

These cheeseburger quesadillas are genius (no grilling required) and will be your new favorite weeknight meal. It is everything a weeknight meal should be: easy, quick, budget-friendly and delicious.

- 1.5 lb ground beef
- 4 medium (7-8 inch) flour tortillas
- butter for the pan
Desired toppings: (amounts vary per preference)
- shredded cheese
- ketchup
- mustard
- relish
- lettuce
- tomato
Brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through.
Drain the grease.
Stir in the ketchup and mustard (amount per preference).
Place ΒΌ of the hamburger on half of a tortilla and top with the toppings of your choice.
Fold the tortilla and place onto a hot skillet greased with butter.
Cook until the tortilla is nicely browned, then flip over.
Once both sides are browned and the cheese is melted, it is done.
