Cheeseburger Quesadilla

These cheeseburger quesadillas are genius (no grilling required) and will be your new favorite weeknight meal. It is everything a weeknight meal should be: easy, quick, budget-friendly and delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb ground beef
  • 4 medium (7-8 inch) flour tortillas
  • butter for the pan

Desired toppings: (amounts vary per preference)

  • shredded cheese
  • ketchup
  • mustard
  • relish
  • lettuce
  • tomato

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through.
  • Drain the grease.
  • Stir in the ketchup and mustard (amount per preference).
  • Place ΒΌ of the hamburger on half of a tortilla and top with the toppings of your choice.
  • Fold the tortilla and place onto a hot skillet greased with butter.
  • Cook until the tortilla is nicely browned, then flip over.
  • Once both sides are browned and the cheese is melted, it is done.
