The Pioneer Woman's fantastic Spicy Cowgirl Coffee was given a Missouri Girl twist with the addition of a homemade cold brew and a homemade Sweet and Spicy Chili Simple Syrup.

  • In a medium bowl, whip the cream and the vanilla syrup until light and creamy and set aside. 
  • In a large coffee mug combine the cold brew coffee, milk, chile syrup, and chocolate sauce.
  • Stir until combined (you can also put this into a cocktail shaker and shake until foamy).
  • Add ice if desired.
  • Top with vanilla whipped cream, then dust with the cinnamon and cayenne pepper (sprinkled some of the cayenne in the with the coffee and some on top). Use the cayenne pepper sparingly as it is HOT. Drizzle additional chocolate sauce on top if desired.
